EMEMOBONG (fka SHANKY) RELEASES 4TH STUDIO ALBUM ART/TRACK LIST

 

EMEMOBONG, ace Calabar International Artiste, formerly known as Shanky, drops his 4th studio album artwork/track list. The self-titled "body of work" features other Calabar International Artistes; a conscious ploy to showcase the phenomenal craft of his colleagues, with heavy, yet soothing sounds worthy of international recognition.

Recounting his debut album OBONGEKPE, and sophomore album OKON ADO SUPERHERO, he released a third album OBONGEKPE II, and now he presents his 4th art piece "EMEMOBONG", a collage of all his alter egos to assume his ultimate art-form and this plays through in the soundscape in this new album.


The EMEMOBONG album is due for release on 1st November, 2024. It plays host to smash singles like BAD FT. UPPER X & CHALLEX D' BOSS, CARNIVAL FOREVER and CASH OUT FT. SHADDY JAY.

The Calabar Carnival is witnessing fresh innovations under the Administration of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Cross River State Sen. Prince Basset Otu. His deliberate appointment of Hon. Effiong Ekpenyong (JP) as Special Adviser on Events is indeed yielding landmark dividends already. Hon. Effiong Ekpenyong (JP) aka Double E, who also doubles as the Chairman of the Calabar Carnival & Festival Committee and his entire team has revamped the Calabar Carnival & Festival with landmark innovations; one of such innovations is the Dry Run Concert; a full blown concert after the Carnival Calabar Dry Run.
