HON. EMMANUEL IRON BAR, MR. GABE ONAH & OTHERS LAUDS EMEMOBONG

The Calabar Carnival is witnessing fresh innovations under the Administration of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Cross River State Sen. Prince Basset Otu. His deliberate appointment of Hon. Effiong Ekpenyong (JP) as Special Adviser on Events is indeed yielding landmark dividends already.

Hon. Effiong Ekpenyong (JP) aka Double E, who also doubles as the Chairman of the Calabar Carnival & Festival Committee and his entire team has revamped the Calabar Carnival & Festival with landmark innovations; one of such innovations is the Dry Run Concert; a full blown concert after the Carnival Calabar Dry Run.

The Carnival Calabar 2nd Dry Run witnessed performances from Calabar International Artistes and Comedians, and Ememobong pitched the Concert with his breathe taking performance.



The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, the Chairman of the Calabar Carnival Commission Mr. Gabe Onah amongst others graced the Concert, enjoying Ememobong's performance.



Ememobong who took time out to appreciate all and sundry at the Concert is indeed grateful to the Governor for investing in homegrown Acts; as this will ensure that the services which we import to sell the destination Cross River State, will now be developed in the nearest possible time and will not only be able to sell the State on a global scale but also become international phenomenon and exports in the best interest of the State.

  Calabar International Artiste Emem Obong (formerly known as Shanky ) debuts with bang. After taking sometime off the entertainment scene for his private business, he makes an unanticipated return with the grand feature of Upper X and Challex D' Boss on the same record titled "Bad".
